WHAT WE DO:
Global Partners works in the areas of community development, education and training, health improvement, emergency relief, and refugee assistance.
Job Description:
- Provide ANC and PNC according to RMNCH care
- Document each visit according to clinic guidelines for follow up visits and HMIS
- Manage complications in pregnancy
- Know when a referral is needed
- Malnutrition screening for pregnant women
- Provide Iron and Folic acid for all patients
- Counsel and educate all patients on normal pregnancy, when to follow up for ANC and PNC visits, vaccinations, major complications of pregnancy, when to go to the hospital, institutional delivery and its importance and benefits in maternal and neonatal mortality, nutrition, breast feeding and family planning
- Discuss patients with OB/Gyn and/or Medical Director
Job Requirements:
- Graduate from the recognized midwifery school or Community midwifery education (CME) program
- Minimum 3 years of experience working
- Good communication skill both in writing and oral in Dari and Pashto
- Ability to communicate clearly and work well with others in a team environment
